客户职责

Client Responsibility


  • ​签订正式设计服务合同。

     Sign a formal design service contract.


  • ​合同签订之日起7日内支付预付款。

     Pay prepayment within 7 days after signing the contract.


  • ​提供如下最终确认版资料：
      The following final confirmation files should be provided: 
    1. ​​​建筑图（平面，立面，剖面、详细墙身大样）
    2. ​​门窗大样图
    3. 结构图（梁配筋图、板配筋图）
    4. ​​效果图或SU图
    5. ​​节能专篇等

  1. Architectural drawings (Plan, elevation, section, details).
  2. Door and window schedule.
  3. Structural drawing (beam settingout drawing, floor settingout drawing).
  4. Rendering or S.U. pictures.
  5. Energy Special article, etc
